Morocce Beige (Gascogne Beige) is a very light colored stone with a high percentage of fossils contained within the stone, creating the speckling and mottling that you see one the surface.  It has a honed finish which feels silky smooth to the touch without becoming slippery when wet.

Its color tends to be of a warm cream or a very light brown and contains almost no color variation.
