Plaza Floor Finish, by JohnsonDiversey (formerly S.C. Johnson), is one of their flagship floor covering products.  Plaze Floor Finish is an acrylic high-gloss coating system that gives slate a permanent "wet-look" while also being a commercial-quality non-slip coating.  It is water-based and low VOC.  Please note, that this product will only produce a "wet-look" on slate and will not enhance the gloss or color of limestone, marble, or travertine.

Plaza Floor Finish should only be used indoors and it should not be used in showers.  A slate floor coated with Plaza Floor Finish would be washed with a wet mop (soap is typically unnecessary) like you would a linoleum floor.

Please note that Plaza Floor Finish is not an impregnating sealer and slate surface should first be sealed with Miton 42 to ensure that the surface remains completely water-proof.
