Flextherm Pro Series cable has the thinnest profile on the market - 1/16"!  The Pro Series uses directional metal brackets (shown) that can either be stapled or hot-glued onto the sub-floor.  The cable is laid out from the thermostat, run through the brackets and then returns to the thermostat to complete the circuit.

All Flextherm heating cables come with a 25 year warranty that actually means something: if the thermostat ever stops working, we will replace it over the counter.  If the cable (for some reason) ever becomes severed, the break can be found, spliced, and repaired at no charge.
